LET'S FINISH WHAT WE STARTED
To the voters of District 3, Lake County from Jim Steele, Clearlake Oaks:
The upcoming term election for county supervisor representing district 3 is extremely important considering the potential for mistakes by unqualified Supervisors. Such as selling the county water rights and converting important wetlands for income by past Supervisors. This is why I’m giving my full support to E.J. Crandell for reelection. On his watch, no mistakes have been made. But more history will be written and we need the best. E.J. is the only sitting Supervisor who has earned credentialing by the California State Association of Supervisors Institute for excellence.
During E.J.’s tenure, he demonstrated a steady hand in determining the best direction for the district through developing the Lucerne harbor reconstruction, pushing for wetland restoration, increasing safety measures along the traffic corridor, relocating a misplaced biochar plant, reducing abandoned vehicles and most importantly, listening and connecting to the residents of the district through the Town Halls. He is actively working on a sensible plan for Lake Pillsbury in our northern area and as you know E.J. always votes for the interests of District 3.
E.J. has a wealth of experience through representing the county to the Rural Counties Representatives of California [RCRC], a statewide organization of Supervisors that lobby for increased benefits for rural counties from the State and Federal Governments. He has lobbied for our interests on every issue before that organization, including fire insurance rates, and built State and Federal relationships that will count going forward.
As a former District 3 Supervisor, I strongly recommend voting for E. J. Crandell as the only qualified and experienced candidate choice for us.
