peter & Maryann's Endorsement for EJ Crandell

As former business owners and small business advocates, we heartily endorse E.J. Crandell for re-election. Supervisor Crandell is a champion for small businesses and has been open to the many ideas we have expressed and promoted to help build a strong economy along our North Shore communities.

Additionally, Supervisor Crandell understands the importance of a thriving business community and has supported a small business competition, “Hands Up Lake County,” since inception. Owing to his support and advocacy, we are proud to say 4 small businesses on the North Shore corridor have been selected in a competition that gives entrepreneurs a lift to make it in a highly competitive marketplace.

Recently we met with Supervisor Crandell to discuss the use of a county owned building for a business venture that would feature a small business incubator program. While no promises were made, it is refreshing and hopeful to know we have a business champion in our corner – exactly what we need in our rural economy.
